Reseña sobre Ganddini Ruttimann Rafael Dr.

I have used Dr. Ganddini on several occasions while on assignment in Guatemala. Last year, I had him attend to an emergency crown replacement. I have always found his work to be top rate.

Upon my return to Canada, I experienced some discomfort with the new crown and went to see my dentist. He discovered a malformed crown and said replacement was the only option (he has 35 year's experience and has been my dentist for the past 30).

I contacted Dr. Ganddini and sent him my Canadian xray. Ganddini said that North American dentists tend to dismiss his work because he works in the 3rd world. I told him that this was not the case and the other work he had performed was quite satisfactory. He suggested that the best way to resolve the problem would be for him to have a look the next time I am in Guatemala. I do not have any "next time" planned and so I suggested that the simplest way would be for him to reimburse me for the crown. After I suggested that, he stopped answering my email.

This is a warning to all who would deal with Dr. Ganddini - once you leave the country, you will be on your own. No support and no warrantees.
